Ginni continues to teach National Association of REALTORS® designation and certification programs for real estate associations throughout the United States. She also works with small real estate companies in consulting relationships and with real estate professionals in one-on-one coaching.She began her real estate career in the mid-80s in Connecticut as a sales associate and was recruited to manage for a multi-office real estate firm in January of 1989 remaining in branch management for major real estate companies until 2009. Ginni has been a real estate and life coach as well as mentor since 1990. She feels her greatest asset is her ability to connect to her clients and help them discover their greatest potential. She is also often called upon for California Bureau of Real Estate compliance audits for multiple business models including property management, commercial real estate and residential real estate branch office management. Still a practicing REALTOR®, Ginni has worked with clients from high-end multi-million dollar properties through properties under $100,000. Cancellations Cancellations may be processed online and will be accepted up to three (3) business days preceding each course. Course tuition less a $50 cancellation fee will be refunded if the cancellation is done at least three (3) business days prior to the course date. Refunds will not be granted to no-shows or last minute cancellations. Emergencies will be handled on a case by case basis
