DescriptionLocationCancellation Policy The Road to the Perfect Contract is a class that every broker will benefit from! This course will decipher the many parts of the Buyer Agency Agreement and the Offer to Purchase and Contract. You'll walk out with the full understanding of the requirements of proper representation, tips on how to avoid miscommunication when entering into a Buyer Agency Agreement, utilize forms properly, and establish a working relationship with an unrepresented seller. This class provides the following credit: 4 Hours of CE & GRI Designation Zoom Zoom Cancellations: Cancellations may be processed online and will be accepted up to three (3) business days preceding each course. Course registration less a $35 cancellation fee will be refunded. Refunds will not be granted to no-shows or last minute cancellations.
