The shifting market created many opportunities to innovate and sustain through tough times. Stephen has sold five thousand dollar homes, all the way up to multi-million dollar properties. Likewise, during the shift, the Property Management Division of his company was born. He and his sister/business partner, Kristen, founded and still own and operate The Carolina Crew, Inc a real estate team affiliated with Keller Williams Realty Elite in Winston-Salem, NC. Currently his real estate sales team closes around 100 homes per year, likewise, the company manages over 100 doors. In his spare time, Stephen became an approved NCREC instructor for Pre-license, Post License, and Continuing Education, later founding his own real estate school, Crew Academy of Real Estate (CARE). With a renewed love for education, Stephen spends many days of the year teaching and speaking- all the while nursing sales and putting out property management fires. He enjoys fishing, sailing, and quality family time with his wife Krista their son, Ian.
