North Carolina has high levels of service members throughout the state. As an NC REALTOR®, it's important to know that there are special housing benefits and solutions for current and former military service members.  By taking this course, you will be well versed in these opportunities and qualify for NAR's Military Relocation Professional Certification.  Class is available for information only or as a pre-requisite for the MRP Certification. 

Certification Requirements: 
  1. Be in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS®.
  2. Complete the one-day Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification Course.
  3. Submit a one-time certification fee of $195.

David Piatek - 2431

David has spent the last six years teaching various courses for NAR and developing CE for the Real Estate community across the county.  He's also a Senior Vice President at The Federal Savings Bank, where he works with buyers across the country to become homeowners.  He's also currently serving in the Army National Guard for the last 12 years and recently came home from an overseas deployment. 
 
Outside of work, David combines his love for the community and commitment to the military by volunteering for various veteran non-profits.  In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, fly fishing, breweries, taking road trips across the US and traveling abroad.
